World Serpent Games would like to announce the next For Honor and For Glory! title: The Grand Tourney. The Grand Tourney is a module which can be used as part of a larger Story campaign or as a one-shot experience in which the Players compete as knights in a High Middle Ages tournament! Rules and variations for Grand Melee, Melee, Jousting, Hand-to-Hand/Wrestling competitions, and Archery are included as well as dozens of ready-to-play knight characters from circa AD 1425, complete with backstories and histories. Aside from the competitions themselves, there are myriad possibilities for roleplay behind the scenes of such an event. The For Honor and For Glory! Kickstarter campaign was a great success thanks to all of our fans and supporters! Later this month, the Player's Guide and Chronicler's Guide will both be available for sale on our website, which will also get a major overhaul and a new domain! We can't wait to finally launch the game!
As we gear up for launch, I want to remind everyone that we will be doing a Knight's Tourney promotional gaming event at Con Nooga 2022 at 2pm on February 19, 2022. Come out and chose your champion, joust, join in the melee, wrestle your opponents into submission, and prove that your knight is the King's Champion in this PvP event!

We will be unveiling the game mechanics and taking questions about For Honor and For Glory! during a Q&A session on the RandomWorlds TTRPG Discord chat on January 6th, 2022 at 7:30 PM EST. If you are unfamiliar with this group, it was previously the RPGnet IRC room. This is a place for the gaming community to hang out, discuss tabletop games, promote new games, and (of course) to play!

The development team for For Honor and For Glory! is pleased to announce the first expansion for the game: The Age of Sails. This will be the first period expansion for the game, covering the 16th through the 19th centuries. Naval battles with sloops, schooners, galleons, cannons, muskets, and more will be playable in your Stories. As with all expansions, The Age of Sails will include new arms and armor, ships, rules options, mythical beasts, legendary items, and everything a Chronicler needs to bring the period to life for players. Play as pirates on the Caribbean, soldiers during the Napoleonic War or American Civil War, Musketeers in the service of the French court, or anything in between!
In other news, our Kickstarter is off to a great start! We are pushing hard to promote the game and the Kickstarter campaign on a bevy of internet forums, Discord chat rooms, and social media. While this campaign is essential to our mission to promote the game, fear not- For Honor and For Glory! will be produced whether the campaign is successful or not! Fans and people interested in the game should perceive the campaign as a way to help ensure we can spread the word, get the game into hard copy format, support the development team who create the content, keep prices for the game and merchandise at a minimum, and get their hands on the core rule books at a low price (66% discount) before anyone else. Too many people love the game too much and we've put too much time and effort into it for it to never get out into the world- this is our mission and our promise to fans. After a long hiatus, the band is back together to finish development of For Honor and For Glory! We are pleased to announce that we have been playtesting not just material from the Player's Guide and Chronicler's Guide, but have begun development and testing of material to be included in expansion books which will allow Stories set in the Age of Sails, the Industrial Revolution, the Age of Antiquity, and more!
The Chronicler's Guide is nearly complete and will be ready for final copy by the end of the year. With its completion, the core rule books will go to publication in February 2022. Our goal is to release our first expansion book, For Honor and For Glory: The Age of Sails, by late summer 2022.
As we prepare for publication of the core books and launch of the game, we're asking for donations via Kickstarter to help with payroll, printing costs, web development, marketing and advertising, and appearances at local conventions! Please consider donating to our Kickstarter campaign here:
